We had the absolute pleasure of having Riley cater our afternoon tea party, and everything was amazing! The food was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. Riley provided a wonderful selection of sandwiches, fruit skewers, cakes and scones, all made with so much care and attention to detail. She also made a wonderful carrot cake, which was honestly the best we’ve ever had – absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, beautifully made and went down so well with all our guests.
We couldn’t have been happier and would highly recommend Riley to anyone looking for a delicious homemade afternoon tea for any occasion. Thank you so much for helping make our party so lovely!

Riley has provided 2 cakes for me (so far!), both celebration cakes, one for a wedding dinner and one for a 90th birthday. The communication between us was excellent, and Riley ensured she understood exactly what we wanted. We were so delighted with the cakes, they were not only stunning to look at but absolutely delicious, one being chocolate and one being lemon. I could not say which was my favourite, as both were amazing flavours. I absolutely recommend Redfern Cake Studio!

Riley made our wedding cake and it was perfect. Riley makes beautiful and delicious cakes and bakes in her studio. Her skill is evident from seeing her finished creations and tasting that first bite. She's a friendly and responsive baker and nothing is too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend her for anyone liking for a celebration cake or anything baked, she's amazing!

Riley at Redfern Cake Studio made the most incredible carrot cupcakes for my birthday. Not only were they absolutely delicious, but she went above and beyond with both the recipe and presentation, making them feel truly special. We were so impressed by her attention to detail and talent. We’re sad that NYC lost her to the UK, but they’re incredibly lucky to have her. Highly recommend!
